Marketplace Rates
Effective January 1, 2008.
All rates are non-commissionable to agencies.

- Billed quarterly.

Marketplace
Deadlines
Space reservations, insertion orders, and cancellations must be received
in writing by the space deadline. If an ad is cancelled after the space
deadline or material is received after the material deadline, the publisher
may charge the advertiser for the insertion. In this case, a former ad
will be repeated or substitute material requested.

Submit Your Ad
You can e-mail, fax, or mail your line ad, display ad, and/or logo. When
submitting your ad, be sure to include your name, address and phone number, the publication title and issue date(s) you'd like the ad to run. Also provide a billing contact name, address, and purchase order number.
We accept prepayment with all major credit cards.
Display ads must be submitted in a PDF format using the Adobe Acrobat
Distiller job options settings required for proper output. Download the
appropriate version below and install according to instructions. Black-and-white
ads must be CMYK black or grayscale only. Files containing ICC, RGB, LAB
or Spot based colors will be returned for correction.
MAC
Users:
- For 5.0, save the RRD-PMT5_Xopi_M.zip settings to your Acrobat > Distiller > Settings folder, then launch Distiller
and select RRD-PMT5_Xopi as the job options settings for creating the
PDF.
For 6.0, save the RRD-PMT6_Xopi_M.zip
settings to your Macintosh HD > Users > Shared > Adobe PDF 6.0 > Settings
folder, then launch Distiller and choose RRD-PMT6_Xopi as the job options
settings for creating the PDF.
For 7.0, save the RRD-PMT7_Xopi_M.zip
file to your desktop, then launch Distiller and drag and drop the file
into the Distiller window.
For 8.0, save the RRD-PMT8_Xopi_M.zip
file to your desktop, then launch Distiller and drag and drop the file
into the Distiller window.
PC Users:
- For 5.0, save the RRD-PMT5_Xopi.zip settings to your Local Disk > Program Files > Adobe > Acrobat 5.0 > Distillr
> Settings folder, then launch Distiller and select RRD-PMT5_Xopi as the
job options settings for creating the PDF.
For 6.0, save the RRD-PMT6_Xopi.zip
settings to your Local Disk > Documents and Settings > All Users > Documents
> Adobe PDF 6.0 > Settings folder, then launch Distiller and choose RRD-PMT6_Xopi
as the job options settings for creating the PDF.
For 7.0, save the RRD-PMT7_Xopi.zip
file to your desktop, then launch Distiller and drag and drop the file
into the Distiller window.
For 8.0, save the RRD-PMT8_Xopi.zip
file to your desktop, then launch Distiller and drag and drop the file
into the Distiller window.

Advertising Policy
Advertisements will be typeset as submitted. Lines of space separating
headlines and paragraphs are counted as chargeable lines. Psychiatric
Services is not liable for the failure, for any reason, to publish
an ad.
All advertisers must employ without regard to race, sex, age, nationality,
or religion in accordance with the law. APA policy also prohibits discrimination
based on sexual orientation or country of origin.
